  • When will the item be available again?

    If you would like to be notified as soon as an item is available again, simply click on the ‘Notify me’ button on the respective product page. As soon as the item is available again in the shop, you will automatically receive an email.

  • Where can I delete my data and accounts?

    If you would like to delete your customer data and/or your customer account, please contact our shop support by e-mail.

  • How do I sign up for the newsletter?

Shipping & Returns

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    You can find details about international shipping in our shipping information.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within Germany and 7–10 working days to the other countries listed. If you pay in advance, the delivery period only begins once payment has been received. Please note that delivery times may vary for individual items. You will find a note to this effect in our online shop or directly on the product page.

  • Can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the dispatch confirmation and your tracking number. This allows you to conveniently track your parcel online.

  • How do I return my goods?

    If you wish to return an item, you can simply cancel your order within 14 days. Once we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation and a returns label by email. Please pack the goods completely and carefully. Print out the returns label, stick it on your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
